Please help spread the news that the club is again offering to come to the rescue of those of your friends and relations whose new year resolutions to get fit or lose a bit of weight may be wearing thin.

Another of our very affordable six week courses of running and fitness sessions that are suitable for absolute beginners is about to get underway.

The fun sessions with our qualified UK Athletics coaches cost just £2 a week and run from 6.30 to 7.30pm on Wednesday evenings from 27 March to 1 May.
